The Standard licence supports NVMe RAID 0, RAID 1 and RAID 10 using supported Intel and selected non-Intel NVMe SSDs. The 1734 marking on this black key is a manufacturing/record code and, according to Intel, does not alter the functionality of the VROCSTANMOD Standard Key.
